گروه آموزشی فرهنگی دهکده‌ی جهانی صالحین، با مد نظر قرار دادن اهدافی چون ارتقاء کیفیت فنی آموزش زبان انگلیسی در کشور، رفع کاستی‌های آموزشی ناشی از روش‌های نه چندان موثر مورد استفاده در بسیاری از مراکز آموزش زبان در سطح کشور و نیز حذف آسیب‌های فرهنگی - اجتماعی ناشی از منابع وارداتی آموزش زبان انگلیسی، فعالیت خود را در سال 1394 آغار نموده است. این گروه آموزشی فرهنگی در راستای تحقق اهداف مذکور، افتخار دارد تا به عنوان اولین و تنها مرکز خصوصی آموزش زبان انگلیسی نسبت به تالیف و تولید کتب آموزش مکالمه زبان انگلیسی با رویکرد فرهنگی انقلابی و بین المللی و بر اساس مدرن‌ترین و موثرترین شیوه‌های آموزشی اقدام نماید. مرکز آموزش زبان آرمان شرق، در حال حاضر با پذیرش حدود 1000 فراگیر در مدت زمانی بسیار کوتاه در شعبه مرکزی، ضمن ثبت یک رکورد کشوری در جذب فراگیر، و همچنین ایجاد بهره آموزشی حدود 300 درصد نسبت به متوسط کشور و ساماندهی بزرگترین شبکه آموزشی زبان انگلیسی در کشور متشکل از حدود 150 مرکز آموزشی در 25 شهر، عملکردی درخشان در کارنامه فنی و اجرایی خود ثبت کرده است.
